"Pretty easy to put together"
I ordered a chair from Noble House, and overall it was easy to assemble. The instructions were mostly clear, although there was one step that took me a few minutes to sort out. The screws all seemed to line up fine, and I didn’t end up needing any extra tools. It probably took me around 30–40 minutes by myself. I’d give it 4 stars since the packaging was a little messy, but otherwise I’m happy with it

I had a annoying time checking out. My payment kept failing, but there wasn’t any clear message explaining what was wrong or what I should do next. I just kept trying until it finally went through, which was frustrating and felt like it took way too many attempts.

I waited around all day for the couch to be delivered, and then it didn’t show up. Rescheduled and basically had the same thing happen again, which was really frustrating, if that makes sense.

The frame feels fairly solid for the most part, though I did notice a couple of the pieces had a slight wobble after I put it together. It’s not a huge issue or anything, but I guess I was expecting it to feel a bit more firm overall

I got a sofa from Noble House, it does look really nice in my living room. The style is pretty much what I wanted, but once I actually started using it, the comfort was just okay. The cushions are firmer than I expected, so it’s not exactly the cozy sink-in kind of sofa I had in mind.

It’s fine if I’m just sitting for a bit, but for a long movie night, I start wishing it were softer. Now I kind of feel trapped with it because it looks good and isn’t bad enough to return right away, but it’s also not as comfortable as I hoped. Overall, it’s decent, just not amazing...

The parts themselves were fine, but the instructions made the whole thing more confusing than it needed to be. I kept having to stop and wait while I tried to figure out what they actually meant, and it ended up taking way longer than expected.

They did end up replacing it, so I’m glad that got sorted out. I just wish I’d known it was going to take as long as it did, because the wait was a bit frustrating

I reached out to Noble House because there was an issue with my order, the whole thing was kind of a mess. They did reply, but it felt like I kept having to spell out the same problem again and again, like nobody was really keeping track of what I already said.
At the end of it, nothing was actually fixed and I was basically left hanging without a clear answer or next step. The support part was the most frustrating bit for me. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they get better at actually resolving stuff

I really didn’t like how long the refund took. I had to keep reaching out just to get updates, and the whole time I felt like I was stuck waiting on money I’d already lost access to. It was frustrating and made me hesitant to order again

I ordered a table from Noble House Furniture and was bracing myself for that annoying moment where a screw or bolt is missing. Thankfully, everything was actually in the box, and they even included a couple extra pieces. I was happy about that. Setup went smoothly, and I didn’t have to make a grumpy last-minute trip to the hardware store, so overall it felt like a solid win

The tracking kept saying my couch was on the way, but then there were no updates for days. The delivery date changed twice, and when I contacted support, they actually just kept repeating the same info that turned out to be wrong.

I found a chair I really liked, but it was out of stock, and actually, the next color I picked was out too. The site itself was easy enough to use, I just wish the availability had been a little clearer before I got my hopes up.

One of the chairs turned up with a cracked leg, which was frustrating, not gonna lie. I sent a few photos over to support and they replied the next day. They sent out a replacement part without making it a big hassle. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, a bit longer than ideal, but in the end it was handled fine.

I ordered a side table and the dimensions were basically exactly what was listed online. It fit the spot I had measured out, so no surprises there, if that makes sense. I’m taking off one star because putting it together took me a bit longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Wanted to Love It, But the Prices Felt High"
I’ve usually liked this brand, so I was hoping to find something I could feel good about buying here. A few pieces did catch my eye, but when I compared similar furniture on other sites, the prices here were higher than I expected. I kept trying to justify it because I’ve had a good impression of the brand, but nothing really stood out enough to make the extra cost feel worth it. I’d probably still check back, but I’d definitely compare prices more before buying.
